1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Undamaged

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Personal use items (e.g., customized or personalized products) once delivered

  • Provide your order number and reason for return, along with any supporting photos if the product is damaged or defective.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Products must be shipped back to us in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Cash Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued in cash at a mutually agreed method (in-person collection or delivery arrangement).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and process a full cash refund.
